What Causes Cluster Of Bumps On The Foreskin Of Penis?

I am 25year old and i had unprotected sex with a girl 8 years ago.I had HIV test few weeks ago and my test was negative.But i have noticed numerous tiny pimples in cluster in the inner portion of my penis foreskin.It doesnot painfull and it is normal without any itches.But I am concerned.Will u plz reply to my query.
