What Causes Cold And Nose Bleeding?

My son has had a cold for about 4 days now and he gets nose bleeds every once and a while but since he started having this cold he has had them 2-3 times a day and they last longer than usual.



It doesn't hjappen when he is blowing his node or anything it will just randomly start when he's just sitting there.
