What Causes Cold, Chills And Increase In BP At Noon?

I have been getting a feeling of cold with chills every afternoon starting between 3pm to 5pm. My blood pressure also goes up significant and I must use basi dilator meds. About 10pm starts to go away and by morning everything back to normal only to start again in the afternoon.
