What Causes Cold Chills And Sore Knots In Armpits?

for the past three days i have been very weak, dizzy and lethargic. i don't have a cough and my head just began to hurt today. i'm getting cold chills and am very achy. and to top it off, my armpits have sore knots (which i think is from shaving) and it's painful to lift my arms. advil is helping with aches and pain, but i still feel weak. almost like dehydrated. what could this b? i cant get an appt until next week. should i go to the emergency room?
