What Causes Cold , Congestion And Headache?

I was having cold and congestion so i took a tripak. NowI'm having severe body and stomach pain. FYI I'm a pharmacist. I thought it was flu so I took tamiflu. My pains are getting worse I can't sit-up for long. I have a dull headache and no more cold symptoms just the pain. The pain is terrible it shoots all through my body.
