What Causes Cold, Continuous Sneezing And Blocked Nose For One Year?

i am having blocked nose and cold for the one year. I have tried various medicines but nothing is effective. Also, when I start to sneeze, I am not able to stop for few minutes. I am not able to sleep and eat properly. Can you please advise why is this?
