What Causes Cold, Drowsiness, Runny Nose And Hip Pain?

I have a bad cold, it was at its worse as I tried to sleep. I woke up delirious crying in pain and frustration and my coughing fits have given me a pain in my right side near my hip. I have a runny nose, cough, drowsiness, heightened emotions, hip pain, blocked nose, sore throat from coughing. Is this just a common cold?
