What Causes Cold Feeling And Muscle Tightness In Calf Muscle?

Starting last Friday (5 days ago) I noticed a muscle tightness/deep soreness in my right calf. I didn t think much of it because I clean houses and it isn t unusual for me to have sore muscles. Then, yesterday morning I noticed my toes on my right foot were cold. When I stand in one place for an extended period of time, my toes feel almost frozen. I have seen my doctor, but I just wanted to see if you had any ideas. Thank you!
