What Causes Cold Feet With Bruises On Toe Nails?

Hi,
I always have very very cold feet- even with numerous pairs of socks and shoes on they can still be freezing cold. I can get them warm after a shower or bath but then within 10minutes they are cold again. I noticed both big toes have bruises on the nail after removing nail polish but was not concerned as it was not painful (this was around 2months ago). I went out on saturday night wearing high heels and on sunday morning my feet are really swollen and painful- both big toenails are extremely painful, very bruised- one looks as if its coming away from the nail bed and the other is leaking fluid.
