What Causes Cold Feet With Leg Muscle Soreness?

Hello: My left foot feels cold but if you touch it with your hand it isn t cold; on Mothers Day 2014 I was admitted to the hospital with a severe infection in the lower part of my left leg. They said it was Celluitis Faciatis (sp). About a week ago the muscle above my left knee felt crampy and sore, like a strained muscle. But I hadn t done anything to strain the muscle. I did a Google search and came up with Peripheral Neuropathy. Is all these symptoms I listed related? And can I have a major problem.
