What Causes Cold Sensation And Pain In Body Along With Fluctuations In Thyroid Levels?

I am always freezing cold, my body constantly aches to the bone. I have 4 nodules on my thyroid, but not large enough to biopsy. I am told my thyroid fluctuates hyper to hypo. I had blood drawn the other day and it was .63 - Should I be asking for a different type of test? I feel like they are missing something.
