What Causes Cold Sensation Around Spleen Area?

The day before yesterday I started getting this strange feeling right under my left pec, close to where my spleen is. It feels like an ice cube is touching my skin, followed by a prickling sensation. Only lasts a few seconds. It seems to only happen when I am sitting. It doesn't hurt but when I press on the area it's slightly tender. Since the first time it has happened about 6 times. I'm a 31 year old white male, 6'3" 245 lbs.
