What Causes Cold Sensation At The Back Of Head?

Hello,im 35year old female ive had 2boyss 7 and 4.i would love to have another baby but i need a girl child.what can do to choose the help facilitate pregnancy? secondly ive been having a cold sensation at the right back of my head.is it a symptom of anything?.thank you
