What Causes Cold Sensation In Foot And Calf?

One evening all of a sudden my right foot felt cold. That lasted for a few days and it seemed to go away.Then my right big toe felt weird all day. Right now my left calf feels cold. I have on wool socks, ugg boots, jacket and am wrapped in a blanket. My buttocks and upper thighs are always cold. For the last two years during the winter I wear a piece of fleece material around my buttocks. This cold sensation is only in my right lower leg. Sometimes it is my foot but now it is my calf. What is going on???
