What Causes Cold Sensation In Hands?

My hands are always cold, even when it's 95 degrees outside. I play tennis 5 times a week and when we shake hands at the end of the match they ways comment on how cold my hands are. What would cause my cold hands? I am 48 years old and going through menopause, just fyi.
