What Causes Cold Sensation In Knees And Elbows?

Hi! I am a 19 year old female. I had spinal meningitis about 7 months ago, other than that I'm pretty healthy as far as I know. I do have anxiety. For the past few weeks I've been experiencing a strange feeling on and off.. it's a cold feeling in my knees (more my left knee than my right) and in my elbows. It kind of feels like water is running. There is no pain it's just very uncomfortable. My skin is overall very cold but this feeling is worrying me! What could this be?
