What Causes Cold Sensation While Breathing?

I feel a cold sensation when a breath in and I also hear a slight wheezing. I did cough up some "stuff" that I felt in the back of my throat the past two days. I am 47 year old female in good shape. I did have strep throat on Jan 1st that required 10 day antibiotics.
