What Causes Cold Sensations On Left Side Of Head?

Hello.I have intermittent cold sensation on left side of head. That feels like water filling up. I was diagnosed with hemiplegic migraines a year ago and use beta blockers which keeps the migraines fairly controlled. Could this be from migraines. ? Also have herniated disc in cervical and lumbar spine that may be contributing factor.
