What Causes Cold Sores On Lip With An UTI?

I took 4 plan bs in the last 2 weeks and I've gotten cold sores on my lips and I have a uti please help me and my vagina feels sore to touch. The doctors say I have herpees but i don't think so my partner doesn't have it and it's the lip herpeese. Plus I was taking these antibiotics for my uti is it possible I just got allergic
