What Causes Cold Symptoms And Noise In Ears?

Hello, I am now in Africa working in laboratory and I was intoxicated by accident by chloroform on Thursday, I had halucination a strong noice in my ears. Then it was ok, but I feel weak and now I have cold fever, can it be from that? What can I do to protect my kydney and livers? I am here for few month and I would like to avoid to visit local hospital. Thanks a lot.
