What Causes Cold Toes Along With Irregular Heartbeat And Chest Tightness?

I am seeing a Dr today. For the last few months my toes are cold even when it warm. It seems to come and go and it s more on the left foot then the right one. In the last week I have also been to feel chest discomfort around my heart with occasional tightness and irregular heartbeats and also hotflashes
