What Causes Collagen Loss In Skin, Hearing Loss, Tinnitus And Low WBC?

Over a period of months the collagen in my skin, entire body, disappeared. Around the same time I experienced hearing loss. Then I had 4 flus over 6 months, all of which lasted 3 to 8 weeks. The hearing turned into tinnitus. They checked my blood and found my WBC was very low, my immune system compromised. Trying to figure out if all this is connected. I did read that the dermis or fat layer of the skin, which I don t seem to have anymoe, has to do with the immune system.
