I have had irregular periods for a couple of months and lower abnominal pains for some weeks now. Extreme back pain as well. I have recently had an pelvic ultrasound and doctors have reported i have a 9.6cm cyst on my left ovary and a bulky uterous as well as collapsing follicle in left ovary. A few nabothian cysts in cervix. Should I be concerned o not???
