What Causes Concussion And Head Pain Radiating Towards Temple?

Last year I suffered four concussion between the end of march and the end of may. In October I received another minor concussion and I now have a pain that starts at my temple and radiates to the top of my head and the. It disappears for a while. The pain comes and goes at random times and it is also hot. Is this something I should get checked out? What could it be?
