What Causes Confusion And Weakness In Leg After Kidney Failure?

My mom is 54 she has kidney failure and is on Dialysis. She also has heart disease. She also has Diabetes. She is having issues with not thinking clearly and weakness in her legs to the point of falling quite frequently. She checks blood pressure, sugar and weight regularly. I need help...she doesn t think she should go to hospital. I think she should.
