What Causes Confusions And Disoriented Feel?

I have been having epasods were i have a very strange fealing like everthing that is going on around me is wrong like what i see and hear is not whats really going on these spells may last 20 to 30 seconds maybe longer and then when its over i feal really strang disorented for along time maybe even the rest of the day and i have even had some light incontanents with a bad apasode thay are comeing closer together and lasting longer thay are really scaring me
