What Causes Congestion In Chest Along With Cough And Sinus Drainage?

ive had :
-a change in bowel tht has lasted over 3 months: thin, flattened, very soft, have seen mucous several times and blood 3 or 4 times.
-lower back pain, fatigue, leg pain
-a cough that hasnt gotten better in just over a month, chest congestion, wheezing, horrible smelling/tasting mucous im coughing up changes colors constantly, sinus drainage the same as coughed up mucous
-severe migraine, irritability, sleeplessness
