What Causes Congestion In Ears And Nose, Nausea, And Fatigue?

I am 62, female, on adderal, and was on antibiotics for congestion in ears and nose...still some congrestion in ears and nose, but have been hit with bouts of nausea, extreme fatigue, cold sweats, shakes (hands), and dizziness (hense the feeling of nausea)??? no chest pain at all
