What Causes Congestion In My Head With Fever And Headache?

Hello,

The first day I had congestion in my head with a fever and headache. The fever broke the first night but congestion continued the next day. The third day I have a severe cough which produces greenish brown mucus and my lungs itch after i cough. Please help.
