What Causes Constant Back Pain And Burning Sensation When 36 Weeks Pregnant?

Im 36 weeks pregnant. My Dr checked me yesterday and i was 1cm dialated Since then i have aconstant pain in my back and burning sensation and just had an awful pain in lower back along with contraction. Is it possible he triggered something when he checked me?
