What Causes Constant Bitter Taste In The Mouth?

Hii i am Manish my mother she was suffering with bitter taste for last two years we have shown almost every doctor but no result we don't know what is this this problem , i have seen on net that it this problem of esophagus is this a serious problem ?? and what we should do please help us...... we will very grateful to you
