What Causes Constant Bleeding After Abortion?

i had a termination 5 wks ago, i was just 6 weeks pregnant. i passed lots of big clots but still im bleedin and have started to pass small clots. i had a scan last week and the nurse said there woz a tiny bit left but it just doesnt seem 2 be stopping??
