What Causes Constant Bleeding From Ear?

Hi I have been bleeding out of my ear for 3 days now, it was caused by an earache and I beginning to get worried because it s constantly bleeding and my jaw is also restricted and cannot open fully, the ear that it s bleeding out of is deafened and always throbbing, I have taken antibiotics that my doctor gave to me and also paracetamol but it won t stop. Can you help me? Thank you.
