What Causes Constant Brown Vaginal Discharge?

ummm.. well i have this nasty brown chunky (little sticky) stuff coming out of my vagina all the time. and today there was a little blood in it ... i started my period almost two years ago... at first it was white so i went to the doctor for a yeast infection and she said i should just use this douche stuff and it should be alright.. nothing is working and now its brown... its just gross... please help!!!
