What Causes Constant Burning Feeling Under Rib Cage?

for the past few weeks I have been having a sharp burning feeling under my right side of rib cage, it is constantly there. this burning feeling (inflammation) is still there when I lie down and go to sleep at night. sometimes it comes as a sharp pain. I have been under a lot of emotional stress lately, however, I am concerned it could be my liver or pancreas.
