What Causes Constant Burning Sensation In Penis And Dry Foreskin?

So i Have a slight burning sensation randomly through out the day just in the past two days. I woke up yesturday with my foreskin raw and red, almost appearing as if it was dry, the coloring is going away but i still feel as if it is dry... i have a couple red spots up and down my shaft and i was wondering if it could be exzima... sorry i dont know how to spell that.
