What Causes Constant Buzzing Pins And Needles Feeling In Feet?

I have MS I know I have spascity as I am on a research panel for baclofen time release, I am also having terrible pins and needles, buzzing feeling in my feet and it is constantly, the research study said that I am having tremmors in my feet. I have an appointment with my Neurologist for Jan 16, but I need something to stop it, is there anything that I can do to stop the tremors? Is there a medicine out there for tremors?
