What Causes Constant Cold And Soreness In Face?

Hi Dr. Rynne. I was wondering about a possible sinus infection. I have been sick with a cold for about 5 days, and the last few days I ve blown my nose a lot. Today, my face started becoming sore after repeatedly working hard to expel all the mucus from my nose. The right nostril is breathing freely now, but my face is really sore on the left side where there is still a bit of sinusy stuff left. Not sure what to do.
