What Causes Constant Diarrhoea And Fatigue Along With Swelling In Ribcage?

I have swollen left rib cage. Pain I. My back feels like it s my kidney. But I ve had terrible diarrhea & fatugue. I went to Er & they said it looks like my pancreas but bloodworm said different. I just had a colonoscopy & endoscopy & I thought for sure they d say crones, colitis or ulcer. None!! 9/13 I had baby #3 but 1st csection, 5 months later I had glabladder out bc of too many stones. I kept saying my body s adjusting. But I can t take not eat bc of constant diarrhea, constant fatigue & swollen on my left side! I almost feel like I m slipping into a depressed state bc I can t do much!
