What Causes Constant Discharge Of Clear Fluid From Vagina?

For the last couple of years I have been leaking clear fluid from my vagina. It normally starts after my period, last for a week and then stop. I have been tested and they say it's normal. I am 42 and have fibroids, also had the marina coil fitted and a biopsy taken, since this took place 3 months ago the watery discharge has becom significantly worse and contiues all month. It's very annoying and embarrassing as I have to continuesly wear panty liners. I am in a new relationship and sex has no effect the watery discharge just continues.
