What Causes Constant Dizziness Along With Chronic Back Pain?

Hi, I m on the microlite pill I missed one day and had unprotected sex, I came off pill for my week off and my period was so so light almost non existing I m constantly dizzy lately, headaches ,chronic back pain nausea (no vomiting) is there a chance I could be pregnant?
