What Causes Constant Ear Ringing For 4–5 Days, And Is There Any Treatment To Relieve It And Help With The Anxiety And Sleep Issues?

Abou 4-5 days my ears are continuously Ringing and it s very much noticable all the day and at night it gives me very severe anxiety I can t sleep and i am irritated from this. I don t know what it is. If any treatment available please give me suggestion.
