What Causes Constant Exhaustion, Mood Swings And Frequent Urination?

Lately i have just been so exhausted nothing has changed in my life ive been doing my same routine. Besides being tired all the time ive also had ridiculous mood swings, and im hungry all the time it seems like im never full, frequent urination and light bleeding. Im currently on the depo shot i was wonder if that had anything to do with it if not could you please tell me what's wrong with me?
