What Causes Constant Fatigue And Pain In Sides?

I feel very fatiged like I never slept at all my sides hurt so much even on the sides of my lower back they hurt even more when I use the washroom I just delivered my baby boy on feb 1st 2011 what could be the problem oh and also having really bad head aches
