What Causes Constant Fatigue, Drowsiness, Stomach Ache And Bowel Incontinence?

I feel tierd all the time do my day and than as soon as I get home sleep all the time ,my stomach hurt all the time feels if im hungry so I eat than feel worst have to blesh every time I eat just so I feel like I can breath thanmy lower stomach ach feels like I have to have a bowl moment all the time but don t go all the time when I do go to the bathroom than there are times when I go to the bathroom just to go pee and when I wipe there is bowl moment so than I have to clean that up but didn t have a bowel moment one time me and my husband had to stop making love because we smelled bowels and it was me
