What Causes Constant Feeling Of Choking And Difficulty In Breathing?

For the pas 3 and 1/2 week I'm having this symthoms difficulties sleeping, Swallowing , breathing, sometime I feel like I'm choking. Went to a dr he gave me Amoxicillin for 10 day. Did not work. last Sunday went to theER blood work and EKG was done. EKG normal dr said was allergies related to my sinus gave me nasal spray and a something for allergie. So far it's not working.
