What Causes Constant Headache And Muscle Pain?

hello, im just wondering... i get constant headaches, am easily tired, can have painful muscles and bones, i sometimes get brethless when not active and yawn excessivly, i drink water regularly and eat a balanced diet. i am an active girl and participate in sports. thank you for any help you may provide
