What Causes Constant Headache And Pain In Ears, Eyes And Throat?

I have severe head pains it hurts to stand up move lay down anything I have had an MRI done last year around this time they said it's just a migrane but I always have it light hurts my eyes my ears hurt and throat my was hurts from the forehead and eyes to the back of my head leaving my neck hurt. Any suggestions as what this might be please help!
