What Causes Constant Headache, Earache?

For the last couple of days I have had a constant headache. Every time i stand up I get ear ache.
I had an inner ear infection a couple months back which I got seen to at the hospital and I got prescribed nasal spray.
This is getting beyond a joke is there anything you can do to point me in the right direction?
