What Causes Constant Headache Elevated Upon Micturation And Ejaculation?

Hi im 25 years old male who had a chronic, reasonably severe headaches for 7 years.i get the headache all over my head, and it is excebated by micturtion and ejaculation my heart rases fast during ejecalution i also get palpitations with micturition my GP was concerned re possibilty of phaeochromocytoma becouse of my elevented urinary adenaline and dopamine on 2 samples but im not hypertensive and my MIBG scan and CT adrenals were normal (witch effectively excludes a phaeo) i had a normal CT brain few years ago so what do you think
